
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
You will receive a reminder email three days before your appointment, which will include a link to cancel. Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this time, please message Harriet on 0417 014 873 to let her know you’re unable to attend and she can help you reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be added to your next treatment session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other clients, with the full session fee still applying.
Harriet understands that unexpected situations can arise and appreciates your courtesy in giving as much notice as possible.
This policy helps respect Harriet's time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
